Northeastern University’s Latino/a Student Cultural Center has won the bid to hold the 6th Annual National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) Region 1 New England Latino Student Leadership Conference (NELSLC) in 2008. The purpose of the NELSLC is to foster networking connections among Latino student college leaders within the New England region. NELSLC will be held on the Northeastern University campus on March 28-29, 2008 at the Curry Student Center. In attending, conference participants can expect a day and a half of sharing new ideas, developing new leadership skills for college and beyond, global capacity building and networking with old and new Latino leaders in a variety of interest areas. The theme of this conference is: Pa’lante: Empowering Latino/a Leaders of Tomorrow in an Increasingly Global Environment. NELSLC Call for Workshops Form
